Best known for her curves, Kim Kardashian has recently made news with her new diet plan and ability to lose weight quickly. In a recent interview with US Weekly, Kim revealed that she started a new workout regimen and has already lost six pounds in just seven days. The reality TV star is looking to slim down after her recent public divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries. Kim also states that the workouts help keep her mind off of her personal troubles, which can be a motivating force for some people. Kim Kardashian’s diet is more of a workout program than pure diet. While Kim has recently cut out glutens, sugars, and dairy from her daily meal plan, she has lost most of her weight through vigorous exercise.

With the help of personal trainer Gunnar Peterson, Kim works out twice a day. Her morning workouts consist of long runs on the treadmill while her late night workouts focus on strength training. The additional time spent in the gym is what sets Kim’s workout plan apart from most other diet and exercise programs. While proper diet and exercise are crucial when looking to lose weight, if you exercise several times per day you are more likely to lose weight quicker. The beauty of Kim’s workout plan is that she gets both a cardio workout and strength training workout in each day. Combining these two workout programs will help you lose the most weight in the shortest amount of time.

Losing the baby weight is far from a priority, but when the time is right, she has a plan to get her body back -- and more than enough drive and determination to see it through, celeb trainer Tracy Anderson tells Us Weekly exclusively. "It's a tough time, and a lot of women feel like it's a huge mountain to climb to get back, but Kim, surprisingly, has had the totally opposite reaction to other moms," Anderson tells Us. "She's like, 'We're going to be so good. It's fun, I feel great!' She just loves the whole process. From our talks during her pregnancy, I thought she was going to be really concerned [about her weight] once the baby was out, but she's just not...She's in baby heaven. She's excited to get started, but she's really calm about it all." Her family is filthy rich. Her father was the lawyer who defended O.J. Simpson, and her mother married Bruce Jenner (Won gold medal in decathlon). SO Kim became a huge socialite, hanging out at the best clubs with the most famous people (i.e. Paris Hilton). Soon, the whole Kardashian family got their own reality show, Keepin up with the Kardashians, and Kim's modeling career really took off.
